1. Acceptance of terms and eligibility

By installing, accessing, or using the Zawwed زوّد application or any related services ("Zawwed", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the app. You represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your country, and that you are not prohibited from using our Services under any applicable laws. We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may notify you within the app. Continued use of Zawwed after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Use of the app and account responsibilities

• Account creation: To place orders and access certain features, you may need to create an account with accurate and complete information. • Confidentiality: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activities that occur under your account. • Acceptable use: You agree not to misuse the app, including by: – Using it for illegal or unauthorized purposes; – Attempting to interfere with the app’s security, servers, or network; – Creating multiple fake accounts or using others’ accounts without permission; – Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code where not allowed by law. • Suspension and termination: We may suspend or terminate access to your account, temporarily or permanently, if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or for security reasons.

3. Orders, prices, payments, and deliveries

• Product information: We try to display accurate product details, prices, and availability. However, mistakes may occur, and we reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders that were based on incorrect data. • Order confirmation: After you place an order, you may receive an in-app and/or SMS/notification confirmation. This confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or adjust an order when required (for example, due to stock issues or pricing errors). • Payment methods: Zawwed may support cash on delivery and/or other payment methods depending on your region. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. • Delivery: We work with delivery partners to deliver your orders to the address you provide. Estimated delivery times are for convenience only and are not guaranteed. You are responsible for ensuring that your address and contact details are accurate and available for delivery. • Returns, cancellations, and refunds: Our policy for returns, cancellations, and refunds (if available) will be explained inside the app or on our website. Please review that policy before placing an order. • Promotions and loyalty: Coupons, discounts, and loyalty points are subject to specific rules, including validity periods, usage limits, and eligibility. 4. Intellectual property, limitations of liability, and app store terms

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law. • Third-party services: Zawwed may integrate third-party services (such as maps, analytics, or payment processors). Your use of these services may be subject to additional terms and privacy policies from those third parties. • No warranty: The app and services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not provide any guarantees regarding availability, performance, or that the app will be free from errors or interruptions. • Limitation of liability: To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or data) arising from your use of Zawwed. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the app will be limited to the amount you paid to us for the relevant order or service, if any. • App store terms (Google Play and Apple App Store): – These Terms are between you and Zawwed only, not with Google or Apple. – You agree to comply with all applicable Google Play and App Store terms and policies when using Zawwed. – Google and Apple are not responsible for providing any maintenance or support services for Zawwed. – In case of any conflict between these Terms and the applicable store terms, the mandatory store terms will prevail to the extent of the conflict, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
